A song or illustration needs attention?
Use the report button in LISTEN or on a postcard. Pick a reason and add a short note if needed. Reports include limited App context so we can find the issue. Read how feedback is handled.
What is free?
Every song in LISTEN and PLAY chapter 1 are free. Plus unlocks later PLAY chapters and the visual styles and train appearances shown in the App.
Manage Tunessa Plus
Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscriptions. To restore access on another device, use Restore Purchases in the App with the same Apple Account. Request a refund from Apple.
Timing feels off?
Open Settings → Calibration with your usual headphones or speaker, then tap along with the clicks. Recalibrate when you change your audio setup.
Clear downloads
Settings → Clear Cache removes downloaded content and keeps your progress. Content can be downloaded again. Deleting the App is different and may remove local progress.
